Step 1: Food Diary and Health Questionnaire

Prior to your consultation, we will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and a five-day Food Diary to ensure we get the most out of our consultation together

Step 2: Consultation

You will have a 75-minute nutrition consultation with me, during which time I will understand your goals and discuss any relevant health/lifestyle history

Step 3: Personal Nutrition & Lifestyle programme

You will receive a bespoke report containing achievable targets and milestones, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations and testing referrals (if required)​

Step 4: Follow-up Consultation

Follow up consultations typically last around 30-45mins and usually take place 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation 

​This is an opportunity for us to review progress and make any adjustments to the plan, which will then be sent to you in a follow-up report
