After University: Trained at Deloitte and qualified as a chartered tax advisor (CTA), and went on to work at a private equity firm, hedge fund and Expedia

Nutrition qualification: Qualified with a distinction from a 3 year course of Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London

Professional Memberships: Registered practitioner with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)

Registered with Complementary and Natural Health care Council (CNHC)

Insurance: Sophie is fully licensed and registered by Balens insurance

Sophie is a registered Nutritional Therapist having graduated from a 3-year programme at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Nutritional Therapy with a distinction. She is fully insured and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), as well as being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

 

Sophie has always had a keen interest in how the human body works, and gained a First Class Honours degree in Biology from the University of Nottingham. She then went on to work in the corporate world for a large professional services company where she qualified and worked for half a decade as a Chartered Tax Adviser. She realised that optimal health was the key to success and wanted to help share this view with as many people as possible. She swapped her life in the finance world for a career in nutrition to help others reach their performance goals.

 

Sophie now focuses her time on the following:

  • conducting corporate wellness seminars and workshops

  • carrying out personal consultations

  • advising brands on their wellness and nutrition strategies

  • supporting wellbeing retreats

  • writing content for the media on all things related to nutrition 

 

Sophie is also a part-time contributor to several publications such as Glamour, Bare Biology and Switching On, offering nutrition and lifestyle advice.
