Hello, I’m Sophie, registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Sophie Pelling Nutrition.
I wanted to create this space for like-minded people: professionals who are powering through life, but who could do with a little help on the nutrition and lifestyle side of things. In today’s world, we are firing on all cylinders to juggle work, social and family commitments, so finding time to look after yourself can become a challenge in itself. That’s where I come in.
Whether you need support for a particular health issue, or if you want to get some advice around a short- or long-term goal, I’ve got you. If you simply know that you’re not living your best life and want to address things now as a preventative measure, that’s also something we can work on together.
I’m around to support individuals, couples, families and businesses of any size through webinars, workshops and 1-2-1 sessions.

Having worked in finance for 10 years I've had my fair share of life in the corporate world. I started in a professional services firm, moved into private equity followed by a hedge fund, and finally ended up working for a global travel company.
